Rip off- did not ship all items

This store is a complete rip off.
I had ordered quite a few stuff and then they did not fulfill everything that I had ordered and paid for. I reached out to them and then they responded back saying they would replenish what had been missed, but I never heard anything back from them.
I will never order from them ever
